- Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
- Work closely with sales management and lenders to secure approvals and finalize deals
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain accurate paperwork and meet funding deadlines
- Create a smooth and transparent customer experience
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience required
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Professional appearance with a positive and confident attitude
- Team oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Understanding of compliance regulations and dealership processes
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
