Full Job Description
The Strategic Health Systems Manager, Eastern U.S. is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives across assigned Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, academic medical centers, and strategic healthcare organizations throughout the Eastern United States. This role serves as Mammotome's primary executive-facing representative within these accounts, building long-term partnerships, expanding enterprise opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The Strategic Health Systems Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align customer needs with Mammotome's strategic initiatives and commercial priorities.

This position reports to the Director, Strategic Accounts and is part of the Strategic Accounts Team, working remotely to support customers throughout the Eastern United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for assigned health systems and IDNs throughout the Eastern U.S.


  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, supply chain leaders, physician champions, service line leaders, clinical advisors, and value analysis committees.


  • Lead enterprise-wide business reviews, strategic selling initiatives, and growth campaigns across targeted accounts.


  • Drive the Total Mammotome Solution value proposition by representing the full Mammotome portfolio and serving as a trusted brand ambassador.


  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to execute enterprise account strategies.


  • Lead development, negotiation, implementation, and evaluation of health system agreements and enterprise RFP opportunities.


  • Gather customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive information to influence business planning and organizational priorities.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • Minimum 10 years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, or business development experience with medical device, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or capital equipment industry experience.


  • Proven success managing large integrated delivery networks (IDNs), health systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), or enterprise healthcare customers.


  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex customer agreements.


  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional commercial initiatives.


  • Strong contract management and enterprise account development experience.


Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 30-40% throughout the Eastern United States to support customer engagements, internal meetings, and business initiatives as well as National meetings and conferences.


  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree.


  • Experience working with academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems.


  • Experience leading enterprise healthcare RFP opportunities.

The annual salary range for this role is 180,000-200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
