We're hiring a Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Spanish/English bilingual ability is strongly preferred-but not required. This role is built for a legal professional who takes ownership, moves cases forward, and holds themselves to elite execution standards.

The right candidate is:
  • Experienced in family law and/or civil litigation, including trial preparation
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-driven
  • Able to manage deadlines and priorities without heavy supervision
  • Comfortable with high standards, fast execution, and clear expectations
  • Professional with clients, attorneys, court staff, and opposing counsel
  • Motivated by results, service, and continuous improvement
  • Spanish/English bilingual (preferred) with strong professional communication skills
  • If bilingual: able to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking clients and families
  • If not bilingual, confident, polished English communication is required
