Lehigh University is seeking a strategic enrollment leader to shape the future of graduate education at one of the nation's most research-intensive universities. As Executive Director of Graduate Enrollment Strategy, you will define and drive the university-wide approach to graduate growth bringing together data, partnerships, and operational excellence to position Lehigh competitively in an evolving higher education landscape. Reporting to the Deputy Provost for Graduate Education, you will hold institution-wide accountability across Lehigh's colleges and programs.

Position Number: S84030

This position is a Grade: 12 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $104,850-$127,550 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Your Scope and Impact

  • Developing and executing a multi-year graduate enrollment growth strategy aligned with Lehigh's academic mission
  • Leading university-wide marketing strategy to attract high-caliber domestic and international graduate students
  • Directing enrollment operations to improve efficiency, yield performance, and applicant experience
  • Overseeing CRM optimization and ensuring data integrity across recruitment platforms
  • Conducting ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform program positioning
  • Building and sustaining cross-college partnerships to align enrollment goals with academic planning
  • Managing and mentoring a professional enrollment team across functions
  • Translating enrollment data into strategic recommendations for senior academic leadership
  • Developing pipeline and pathway initiatives targeting underrepresented and underserved graduate student populations
  • Representing graduate enrollment strategy at institutional, college, and external stakeholder forums

What You Bring

  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • Doctoral Degree preferred
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in graduate enrollment management, strategic enrollment management, higher education marketing, or a closely related field
  • Experience with CRM platforms, enrollment analytics, digital marketing strategy, enrollment forecasting, marketing agencies, and enrollment technologies preferred
  • At Lehigh specifically, the ability to align college-level priorities with a cohesive university-wide enrollment vision will be central to this role
