Minimum qualifications:
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives, VPs, and senior cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience partnering across various functions and stakeholders.
  • Experience serving as a Lead EBP or mentor within an administrative community.
  • Ability to support Cloud, AI, or fast-growing startup/high-velocity technical business units.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, non-routine, and confidential business matters.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sophisticated, proactive calendar management; prioritize competing requests and resolve complex scheduling conflicts independently. Anticipate executive needs and seamlessly navigate fluid priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, including multi-city field visits across regions (e.g., EMEA). Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, space planning, and administrative approvals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, C-suite executive offices, customers, and partners with diplomacy and discretion. Prepare, edit, and coordinate presentations, correspondence, and executive communications.
  • Plan, organize, and execute major internal/external events, leadership summits, all-teams, and offsites from logistics to agenda follow-up. Drive ad-hoc operational initiatives, reports, and event support.
  • Serve as a lead EBP for the organization, mentoring peers and establishing operational standards. Foster an highly collaborative, and supportive team environment.
