Minimum qualifications:
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with C-level executives and VPs, maintaining absolute confidentiality on all sensitive business matters.
  • Ability to balance robust core executive support with active contributions to cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships.
  • Comfortable operating under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting swiftly to changing priorities.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $117000 - $171000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and inboxes in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Act as a diplomatic primary contact for customers and partners. Regularly coordinate highly complex field visits and meetings across the EMEA region.
  • Partner proactively with the EMEA AI Leadership team, Cloud, and cross-Google executives, seamlessly managing requests and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Plan and execute major internal and external events, offsites, and first-party initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Execute with strong attention to detail while navigating ambiguity. Anticipate needs, assist with special projects, and foster a team culture as a trusted business partner.
