Executive Assistant

Millennium is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Commodities Trading Management Team. In this role, you'll directly support three senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating global travel, and ensuring the team operates seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and thrives on anticipating needs before they arise, while exercising sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Commodities Trading Management Team, primarily covering three senior individuals
  • Manage and coordinate high-volume meeting and conference call schedules across multiple time zones
  • Arrange and book business lunches, dinners, and team events
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including complex domestic and international itineraries
  • Prepare and process travel and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and internal documentation
  • Manage access to shared folders and distribution lists
  • Welcome and host visitors attending meetings with the team

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
