The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $ 90,000/ year* (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

Role Description:
  • Provide high-level administrative support in our Philadelphia office supporting leaders across our Fixed Income division.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role. Financial industry experience is preferred.

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
