About The Role:

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer and other Executive Marketing Leaders who thrives at the intersection of executive support, operational excellence, and strategic enablement. This role is far more than calendar management, it is a unique opportunity to become a trusted partner to the CMO, helping drive priorities, coordinate high-impact meetings and events, support strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure the marketing leadership team operates at its best. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and resourceful, with the judgment, discretion, and executive presence to navigate a fast-paced global environment while anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating order from complexity.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to anticipate needs, manage information flow, and keep the right things moving at the right time.
  • Meeting communications and coordination with the team for CMO leadership meetings, Strategy Offsites, agency/consulting workshops, and visiting executives/colleagues/guests.
  • Support small analytical or strategic projects that arise from the CMO's agenda. Build simple, scalable systems that make recurring work more efficient. Use AI and modern tools where they can improve workflows.
  • Maintain best practices and process guides for executive support to bring consistency to the CMO leadership team experience.
  • Provide support for document and presentation layout, updates and editing.
  • CMO support for speaking engagements and presentations.
  • Dedicated CMO support (70%): calendar, travel, expenses, executive/agency meeting coordination, office space logistics, project tracking, with C-suite judgment and discretion.
  • Additional coverage (30%) of one SVP and one VP: calendar, travel, expenses, executive/agency meeting coordination, office space logistics.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
  • Evaluate department processes and procedures and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Employee engagement program operations & logistics in partnership with Global Strategy team.
  • Office space and visitor logistics and coordination with building ops and marketing ops teams.
  • Occasional backup for other EA when OOO for two SVPs and one VP.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Structured organizational skills and ability to implement processes to keep leaders operating effectively

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Executive Assistant position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Executive Assistant position is $115,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
