The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant provides strategic and administrative support to the VP of Marketing, Semrush at Adobe, who is also our Chief Marketing Officer, enabling operational excellence and efficient business execution. This role is both tactical and strategic-balancing daily coordination with long-term planning, process improvement, relationship management, and operational execution. The EA acts as a trusted advisor and operations partner, ensuring that the leaders' time and focus are directed toward the highest business priorities.

What you need to succeed

Strategic & Operational Support
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively align schedules, priorities, and resources to meet organizational goals
  • Partner with leadership on business rhythms, including staff meetings, all-hands, and team offsites-driving agenda design, action tracking, and follow-through
  • Prepare materials (presentation templates) to facilitate knowledge exchange, while coordinating the completion of information on shared decks
  • Manage and implement various professional assignments, projects, and engagements.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to improve team processes, communication flows, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Finance, HR, and other support functions on planning, budgeting, and organizational communications.

Executive Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Represents the executive's best interests, on day to day internal operations as well as external engagement. Take into consideration important contextual information to the operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, other Executive Assistants, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and handle complex, confidential matters with judgment and professionalism.
  • Partner with business unit (eg. HR and operations teams) to implement initiatives and drive results that impact both the immediate organization and related teams across the company.
  • Serve as a proactive connector of people, anticipating needs to keep complex, cross-functional work moving smoothly.

Administrative Excellence
  • Provide comprehensive ownership and calendar management, organization of meetings across geographies - in person and virtually, as well as the executive's participation on company-sponsored events, both in USA and EU, as well as logistics involved on those meetings
  • Manage international travel coordination, expense processing, and event logistics for the executive and ocassinoally, their team
  • Maintain and continuously refine administrative processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.
  • Operate with diligence, dedication and passion
  • Prioiritize speed, precision, and quality at all times - you are an extension of the executive and therefore an extension of their brand

Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of administrative experience, minimum 5+ years supporting executive or senior leadership (VP level at a multi-national, enterprise company or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative.
  • Passionate about diligence and flawless execution
  • You are intuitive and think strategically so you are able to align daily actions with the main goals of your leaders and key stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational abilities using MS Office, Outlook, and Google Suite, such as G-Calendar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven diplomacy and professionalism across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence culture and contribute to organizational success beyond administrative duties.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,200 - $174,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $120,700 - $174,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
