Full Job Description
About the role

You'll own marketing events at Gamma around the world. An intimate founder dinner in San Francisco. A flagship live show for thousands. A high-profile activation at a major conference. We believe great events are one of our sharpest tools for driving pipeline, building relationships, and telling our story. You're the person who brings that to life.

You'll work with stakeholders across the company to build events that feel unmistakably Gamma: creative, unexpected, and never off the shelf. Today that means managing agencies directly and doing the work. As the program grows, you'll build and lead a team. This role is senior in scope but hands-on in practice, so you should be just as comfortable setting strategy as you are doing the actual work.

Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4-5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What you'll do
  • Own strategy and logistics for events of every size and geography, from dinners to live experiences for thousands, in the US and internationally
  • Create activations at major conferences that go beyond the standard booth: executive experiences, sidecar events, and the occasional stunt
  • Source, negotiate, and manage speakers, hosts, and talent, and own run-of-show for live productions
  • Partner with sales on VIP and target-account experiences, and architect our event-sourced pipeline and post-event measurement
  • Build and manage vendors, venues, and agencies across markets, and get the most out of every partner
  • Own event budgets and contracts with rigor
  • Manage stakeholders across work streams, from creative and content capture to legal and finance
  • Build the processes that help Gamma scale events globally without losing their spark
  • Design concepts that feel bold and editorial, never templated

What you'll bring
  • 10+ years running high-impact events, including large-scale live experiences and international programs (agency-side or in-house)
  • A track record of creative, out-of-the-box concepts, not just flawless execution of a standard playbook
  • Experience booking and managing talent, and producing live shows end-to-end
  • Comfort owning a number: partnering with sales and measuring against pipeline and business outcomes
  • Strong vendor, venue, and agency management across markets, with negotiation instincts to match
  • An AI-forward way of working: you use the tools, Gamma included, to move faster and make better work

Compensation range:

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $180K - $280K plus benefits & equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.

If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every require
