We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to join our Employee Success (ES) Product Management team, with a focused remit across the Total Rewards domain. This is a high-impact individual contributor leadership role at the intersection of deep HR domain expertise and emerging AI and agentic technology — an opportunity to shape both how employees experience total rewards across their lifecycle and how Total Rewards professionals work in an AI-native future. The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge in Total Rewards, a genuine curiosity and working fluency in AI and agentic design, and the relationship depth to become a trusted partner across our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation in partnership with other COE's for agentic transformational projects - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards, translating complex domain knowledge and employee insights into clear, prioritized, and impactful product outcomes - Champion the end-to-end Total Rewards employee lifecycle — identifying high-value moments and designing agentic experiences that make those moments simpler, faster, and more personalized - Drive the vision for an AI-native Total Rewards function — building products and workflows that accelerate HR practitioners, reduce manual effort, and surface actionable insights that help Total Rewards teams operate with greater speed and confidence - Provide thought leadership and informal mentorship across the team, elevating product craft and modeling evidence-based decision making without a direct reporting line - Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships within the COE, IT and other stakeholders — serving as a primary point of contact and strategic collaborator for domain partners - Partner closely with the Director to support cross-functional alignment and broader organizational strategy, owning day-to-day stakeholder relationships within the function - Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and HR policy partners to deliver measurable product improvements Required Qualifications - 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to HR technology, Total Rewards, compensation, or benefits platforms - Strong working knowledge of the total rewards lifecycle, with the credibility to engage effectively with compensation analysts, benefits specialists, and HR operations professionals - Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML product development and agentic system design, with an ability to shape solutions and partner effectively with technical teams - Proven informal leadership capabilities — a track record of influencing outcomes, developing peers, and driving organizational clarity without positional authority - Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed enterprise environments - Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to translate technical complexity into clear business value across audiences ranging from engineers to senior HR executives - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment without a prescribed playbook Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks or platforms (e.g., Agentforce or equivalent) - Prior experience working within or alongside an enterprise HR Center of Excellence or shared services function - Experience at a large-scale enterprise SaaS organization About Our Team The Employee Success Product Management team builds the systems and experiences that power how Salesforce employees are hired, developed, rewarded, and supported. At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
