Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Equipment Maintenance: Work with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and the Maintenance team to create or optimize PM programs for new and existing equipment
  • Troubleshooting: Assist the Equipment Engineer with complicated equipment down issues
  • Project Management: Work with other teams to deliver customer commitments on manufacturing engineering projects and tasks
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders including Facilities, EHS, Industrial Engineering, and Operations
  • Design Tools: Design tools and develop procedures to reduce manufacturing equipment variability and ease operator processes and training
  • Preventative Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Communication: Provide updates to key management


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering or equivalent degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience of sustaining semiconductor equipment.
  • Semiconductor Knowledge: Ideally, familiarity with backend processes like die attach, wire bonding, and test equipment, and other Semiconductor equipment experience.
  • Microsoft Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in cross-functional teams
  • Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with test instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, micrometers, and calipers, hand tools.
  • US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).


Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $79,680.00 salary per year
Maximum of $99,600.00 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
