Responsibilities

  • Assign and prioritize tasks for offshore analysts and engage in planning and issue resolution
  • Facilitate integration of Deloitte's offshore team with the client's operations
  • Develop strategies for addressing active risks/issues and track resolutions

Full Job Description
As an experienced Epic Ambulatory Senior Support Analyst you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. If so, consider an opportunity with Deloitte under our Project Delivery Talent Model. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Manage aspects of delivery including day-to-day operations, quality and status reporting
  • Manage maintenance and standard change requests from the client's Application Managers and analysts; track related service metrics
  • Collaborate with the client's Application Managers on in-scope activities and identify associated changes and documentation requirements
  • Validate that requirements are complete, and gather additional information as needed from client staff
  • Assign and prioritize work to offshore analysts; engage with the client's Application Managers on planning, issue resolution, and communications after Deloitte Consulting's offshore working hours
  • Integrate Deloitte Consulting's offshore team into the client's delivery through additional engagement in huddles and working group collaboration to achieve optimal work production
  • Participate in change management, application and team meetings with client staff
  • Validate output and work with client staff
  • Develop mitigation strategies for active risks/issues; oversee through to resolution and approvals
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in collaboration with the client.

Qualifications
Required
  • Active Epic Certifications in Epic Ambulatory
  • 3+ years of Epic build and optimization experience, with Epic Ambulatory
  • 3+ years of experience with Epic application workflows, standard maintenance activities, and build requirements
  • Experience with all aspects of testing lifecycle - unit, system, integrated testing
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Role is remote but one must have the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
  • Additional Epic certifications in either Epic Healthy Planet, EpicCare Link or Epic MyChart
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
