Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect (Cloud & AI)
Overview / Summary Responsible for translating client business requirements into system, application, and process designs for very large, complex technical solutions. Acts as the primary expert in constructing solution scope documents, risk profiles, and financial models. Provides expert advisory support across internal and external stakeholders and ensures solutions align with enterprise standards, including process, technology, and staffing components.
Key Responsibilities - Translate business requirements into system, application, and process designs for complex technical solutions
- Analyze customer service requirements and design service solutions to meet objectives
- Develop solution scope documents, risk profiles, and associated financials
- Construct detailed solutions covering process, technology, and staffing for customer opportunities
- Create risk assessments and remediation plans for complex services proposals
- Participate in development of financial models aligned to services proposals
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and related deliverables using organizational tools and processes
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical advisory support to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs for cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and deliverables
- Maintain and apply industry and internal services knowledge across processes, technologies, and people components
Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture roles
- 8+ years of experience designing and governing enterprise architectures across applications, data infrastructure, and security domains
- 8+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern architectural patterns
- 8+ years of experience translating business strategy into target-state architectures, roadmaps, and standards
- 8+ years of experience leading solution design across application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure aligned to enterprise architecture standards
- Experience conducting solutioning by translating business requirements into detailed designs for enterprise systems
Preferred Skills and Qualifications - 2 experience conducting current-state assessments and fit-gap analysis for legacy and COTS/SaaS platforms, including modernization approaches (rehost, replatform, refactor, replace, retire) with cost, risk, and timeline tradeoffs
- 2 experience with Generative AI use cases such as copilots, chatbots, or knowledge assistants
- 2 experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications via APIs or event-driven patterns
- Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Architecture certifications
