Full Job Description
Enterprise Project Manager for a on-site opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will lead complex technology initiatives from planning through implementation while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will drive project execution, requirements management, process improvement efforts, and organizational change activities to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level solutions.

Required Qualifications for the Enterprise Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (must be completed and verifiable).
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience leading moderate to highly complex initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing IT, compliance, regulatory, or enterprise-wide projects.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk logs, status reports, and executive communications.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements discovery sessions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Enterprise Project Manager:
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable project management certification.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong scheduling, resource allocation, and project forecasting capabilities.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and process redesign.
  • Experience supporting procurement activities, vendor management, and statement-of-work development.
  • Knowledge of change management, user adoption strategies, and organizational readiness planning.
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Project Manager:

  • Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, deployment activities, and post-production support efforts.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while recommending and executing mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.
Work Location: Columbia, South Carolina. This position is primarily onsite with the potential for a hybrid schedule after successful onboarding and demonstrated performance. Hybrid work arrangements will be determined by management based on project and business needs.
