Job Summary

The Enterprise Operations Manager III is responsible for managing and coordinating enterprise network operations and technical teams. The role oversees network monitoring, performance, service quality, outage coordination, operational impact assessments, and process improvement to maintain reliable enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage enterprise IT operations and technical staff.
  • Oversee monitoring, status reporting, and coordination of enterprise network activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical professionals supporting the enterprise network.
  • Manage network performance and end-to-end service quality.
  • Analyze network performance and quality-of-service metrics.
  • Evaluate network performance and management tools for existing and emerging technologies.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for planned and unexpected disruptions.
  • Identify potential network disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct operational impact assessments for outages and potential outages.
  • Coordinate authorized service interruptions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and report planned and unplanned outages.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Provide IT management, networking, and WAN enterprise support.
  • Support meetings, briefings, training, and CONUS/OCONUS deployments as required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in IT operations and service management.
  • Unix/Linux and firewall experience.
  • LAN and WAN enterprise support experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with storage, high availability, DNS, DHCP, network connectivity, remote access, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • VCTA/VMware experience.
  • CCNP certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
