  • Provides assistance in hardware and software procurement, including vendor coordination and recommendations
  • Manages on-site asset management, including hardware/software inventory, tracking, and disposal
  • Implements and maintains preventive maintenance programs for desktops and laptops
  • Monitors, updates, and resolves assigned IT service requests and tickets within defined SLAs
  • Supports daily IT operations including desktop support, basic data network troubleshooting, and server-related tasks
  • Performs Linux installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities
  • Works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Laptop/Desktop Administrator II with hands-on experience in Windows and Linux environments. The role involves end-user support, system administration, asset management, and close collaboration with business teams to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides Level 2 support for Windows and Linux desktops/laptops, including hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals
  • Performs installation, configuration, and deployment of desktops and laptops using standard corporate images
  • Handle OS installation/reinstallation, upgrades, and patch management for Windows and Linux systems
  • Install and configure software applications as requested by engineering and business teams
  • Provide assistance in hardware and software procurement, including vendor coordination and recommendations
  • Manage on-site asset management, including hardware/software inventory, tracking, and disposal

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able to speak both English and French
  • Strong experience in Windows and Linux (L2 level support)
  • Hands-on knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with OS imaging, patching, and endpoint management tools
  • Proficiency in software installation and configuration
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory systems
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and server environments

Preferred Skills and Competencies:
  • Certification in Microsoft / Linux is a plus
  • Experience working in enterprise or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance standards
  • Good documentation and ticket-handling skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities


Échelle salariale :

74 160,00 $ - 111 240,00 $ par an

Pay Range:
$74,160.00 - $111,240.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
