Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's enterprise-wide technology strategy. The Enterprise Architect will align business objectives with technology initiatives, establish architecture standards and governance, and lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and solution architects to enable digital transformation and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the organization's Enterprise Architecture vision, roadmap, and governance.
  • Align IT strategy with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
  • Design and oversee business, application, data, technology, and security architectures.
  • Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Drive cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
  • Design scalable, highly available, and secure enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Architects, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and business leaders.
  • Establish technology roadmaps for infrastructure, applications, and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards.
  • Lead enterprise integration initiatives using APIs, ESBs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Mentor architects and technical leaders across engineering teams.
  • Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Drive architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB).

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF).
  • Expertise in Application, Data, Business, Technology, and Security Architecture.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
