This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Operating Systems and Storage Division. As an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC/ ENTARCH) (Enterprise Solution Architect), you will contribute to enterprise architecture future state planning, standard setting, technology innovation and to solution architecture engaging with projects.

As an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC/ ENTARCH) (Enterprise Solution Architect), you will:

• Act as a technical expert in all areas of enterprise architecture and will develop and propose policy as well as deliver IT and management planning, and advisory programs that provide the full range and depth of technical services to our business functions throughout Fiscal Service.
• Play a role in management decision making by regularly facilitating and actively participating in confidential meetings with Bureau senior managers to guide decision makers in the direction of the IT architecture and its impact on management, business functions, security, and operations such as changing business processes, future planning for staffing and organization, etc.
• Assess policy needs and develop proposed policies to govern IT technical, data, security, and business activities.
• Develop/integrate cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements or requirements for the processing of multiple classification levels of data primarily applicable to government organizations.
• Develop and revise cloud security standards as well as best practices documentation.

• This position requires that the successful candidate undergo personnel vetting, which includes a background investigation and enrollment upon onboarding into "Continuous Vetting." Enrollment in Continuous Vetting will result in automated record checks being conducted throughout one's employment with Treasury. The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.g., arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time. Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience for the GS-13 is one year (52 weeks) of experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as:

• Experience applying knowledge of cloud technologies to develop strategic solutions aligned with organizational business objectives. AND
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and develop IT policies, standards, roadmaps, and architectural recommendations to senior leadership. AND
• Experience communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to influence organizational decision-making and ensure technology solutions comply with Federal cybersecurity standards.
