Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to support deployment, operations, and maintenance of generative AI tools in client environments. This role supports installation, troubleshooting, and sustainment of AWS-based AI solutions, including Amazon Q.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the EaaS team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting deployment and operations and maintenance for generative AI tools in client environments
  • Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for AWS AI tools, including issue triage and resolution
  • Assisting with AWS environment configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities
  • Using scripting or development skills to support automation, integration, and defect resolution
  • Preparing status updates, support documentation, and implementation materials

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology deployments, engineering operations, help desk support, or technology programs
  • Experience supporting deployment and operations and maintenance of generative AI tools such as Amazon Q
  • Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 support for enterprise AI tools
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and scripting or software development
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Experience installing AI tools in client environments
  • Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
  • Experience documenting incidents, root causes, and remediation steps
