- Supporting deployment and operations and maintenance for generative AI tools in client environments
- Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for AWS AI tools, including issue triage and resolution
- Assisting with AWS environment configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities
- Using scripting or development skills to support automation, integration, and defect resolution
- Preparing status updates, support documentation, and implementation materials

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology deployments, engineering operations, help desk support, or technology programs
- Experience supporting deployment and operations and maintenance of generative AI tools such as Amazon Q
- Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 support for enterprise AI tools
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and scripting or software development
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience installing AI tools in client environments
- Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
- Experience documenting incidents, root causes, and remediation steps
