Overview

The principal focus is to support the FCB C&I team in achieving volume and sales goals through structured lease, loan and installment payment agreement transactions. Enterprise Account Managers (EAM's) are expected to establish relationships with each vendor partner and subsequently support new transactions from initiation through submitting applications and requesting documentation which includes obtaining comprehensive credit information on applications, interfacing with all FCB departments through final adjudication and communicating regularly with the originating vendor. All potential transactions are evaluated by the Originations to ensure all documentary and non-documentary FCB criteria is met prior to commencement. In addition, should any current customer service-related issue be escalated through the vendor, they will work directly with the various FCB departments to trouble shoot and resolve the issue. Requires a good understanding of end user interface, legal documentation, pricing, asset management, customer needs, problem solving capabilities, and end of lease knowledge.

  • Sales Support - Meet or exceed monthly budgeted volume goals while remaining within FCB risk management guidelines. Increase volume through better close ratios driven by daily sales support activities. Ensure transactions meet minimum FCB yield requirements.
  • Relationship Management - Main point of contact with partners and take ownership of the transactional side of each relationship.
  • Business Support - Efficiently and effectively manages the credit application process, acting as a conduit between vendors and FCB for all transactional information. Communicates across and understands the functionality of departments such as: Credit, Pricing, End of Lease, Asset Management, Portfolio/Collections, and Legal.
  • Operational Support - Troubleshoot related issues to resolution and return communication, working closely with servicing colleagues. Improve current process and communicate ideas and strategies with team members and management. Create and maintain accurate and complete documentation requests.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience in Financial Services

Highschool Diploma/GED and 7 years of sales experience in Financial Services

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Salesforce / CRM experience preferred.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
