Job Description

The Enhancement Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Agency and Medicaid for enhancement initiatives occurring after the Takeover Phase.

This role oversees design, development, implementation, certification, maintenance, modification, and enhancement activities while ensuring compliance with Agency and CMS requirements.

This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.

  • Working knowledge of MITA 3.0, Medicaid Transformation Initiative, and CMS Seven Standards and Conditions.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Must complete a background check that includes fingerprinting.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Medicaid Enterprise System modernization experience.
  • State Medicaid agency or CMS program experience.
  • Multi-vendor healthcare technology project leadership.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $97,790-$127,000.
