Full Job Description
A Day in the Life

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be a cornerstone of innovation and continuous improvement at our Montreal plant. You will have the autonomy to lead technical projects from A to Z with a true entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Technical Project Management: You will manage projects involving the addition and modification of equipment (production, warehouse, utilities) and lead improvements related to safety, environment, and productivity.
  • Coordination & Compliance: You will coordinate subcontracted work, ensuring compliance with regulations, deadlines, and costs, while conducting necessary risk analyses.
  • Strategy & Budget: You will draft specifications, manage project budgets and timelines, and advise other departments on their initiatives.
  • Innovation & Leadership: You will contribute to reducing our environmental impact, manage the plant's 3D printers, and mentor an intern each university session.
