As a senior platform leader, you won't just run systems, you'll set the technical direction, build the team, and establish the operating model that enables every product team at Peregrine to move faster, safer, and with confidence. Your work will directly shape reliability, developer velocity, customer trust, and the company's ability to innovate at scale. About you- A proven leader who has successfully managed and scaled large (30+), high-performing software teams
- Deeply experienced in building and operating distributed systems in real-world production environments
- Comfortable operating at both 10,000 feet (strategy, architecture, org design) and ground level (execution, metrics, incident learning)
- A collaborative partner who works effectively across functions, time zones, and disciplines
- Passionate about observability, operational insight, and enabling engineers to move fast without breaking things
- A strong advocate for modern engineering practices - CI/CD, automation, testing, and iterative delivery
What we look for- Deep expertise in modern platform architecture, including databases, APIs, observability, DevOps, and AI infrastructure
- Strong command of logs, metrics, traces, and alerting - and how to turn raw signals into actionable insight
- Experience running containerized systems and orchestration platforms at scale
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating systems in major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Prior exposure to AI infrastructure and the unique operational challenges it introduces
- This role requires in-office collaboration 4 days a week
Salary Range: $282,000 - $363,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
