Full Job Description
Job Title: Engineering Customer Manager
Type of contract: Full Time
Expected Hiring Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Promote and enforce safety culture across all engineering activities
• Manage Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams for customer projects
• Lead the development of product, process, and equipment solutions (OPTIMAP/OPTIPRO)
• Provide technical inputs and quotations during AVP phases
• Ensure achievement of project Quality/Cost/Time targets for all deliverables
• Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and team performance
• Guarantee application of standards (POMS, Keops, Optimap, Optipro, golden rules, lessons learned)
• Support industrial launches, tooling readiness, and engineering deep-dive problem solving
• Manage subcontracted CAD activities and technical proposal processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization activities

Profile:
• This role operates under TISAX confidentiality level [Level 3], requiring appropriate handling of sensitive information.
