Full Job Description
• Job Title: Engineering Customer Manager • Type of contract: Full Time • Expected Hiring Date: ASAP Responsibilities: • Promote and enforce safety culture across all engineering activities • Manage Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams for customer projects • Lead the development of product, process, and equipment solutions (OPTIMAP/OPTIPRO) • Provide technical inputs and quotations during AVP phases • Ensure achievement of project Quality/Cost/Time targets for all deliverables • Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and team performance • Guarantee application of standards (POMS, Keops, Optimap, Optipro, golden rules, lessons learned) • Support industrial launches, tooling readiness, and engineering deep-dive problem solving • Manage subcontracted CAD activities and technical proposal processes • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization activities Profile: • This role operates under TISAX confidentiality level [Level 3], requiring appropriate handling of sensitive information. • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering • Experience in managing Product Design, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering teams • Strong technical background in design, industrial processes, and manufacturing engineering • Knowledge of safety policies and industrial risk prevention • Ability to manage budgets, hours, and investments • Strong communication skills in multicultural environments (English mandatory) • Leadership, team spirit, autonomy, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage resources, workload, and project commitments • Familiarity with POMS, OPTIMAP, OPTIPRO, and related standards • Capability to drive continuous improvement and capitalize lessons learned Date: Jul 20, 2026 Location:
