Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in automation testing with a solid foundation beyond manual testing.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Strong proficiency in Java with at least 5+ years of experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with Litmus and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Micro Focus Octane.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates with banking/finance domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation testing strategies using Selenium and Playwright.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for robust and scalable testing.
• Execute automated tests and analyze test results to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and standards.
• Document and report defects with clear and concise communication to the development team.
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in sprint planning and retrospectives.
