Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field required; equivalent experience may substitute education.
• 2+ years of engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for team collaboration.
• Must be customer-focused and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Must obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ground Segment IPT for the assigned program throughout all phases.
• Develop ground system requirements to align with space missions and operational needs.
• Ensure integrated ground solutions (COTS, FOSS) support space mission CONOPS.
• Employ MBSE in the design, development, integration, and testing of ground systems.
• Create and manage ICDs, test plans and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on design integration and testing issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using established engineering principles.
• Develop training materials and conduct technical presentations for operational readiness.
