About the Role

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to provide legal guidance on a broad range of employment matters. This role will partner with leadership and HR to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and support the organization on day-to-day employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise management and HR on employment laws, workplace policies, employee relations, hiring, terminations, accommodations, and other employment matters.
  • Counsel on compliance with federal and state employment regulations and assist with developing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Manage and support employment-related claims, investigations, disputes, and litigation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, releases, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and provide practical recommendations to leadership.
