Position Title: Electrical Superintendent
Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities: - Lead field personnel, managing crews of 10-25+ individuals
- Oversee foremen, electricians, apprentices, and helpers
- Coordinate safety, quality, and logistics teams
- Manage daily reports, timekeeping, and safety logs
- Plan and execute construction based on estimates
- Coordinate material ordering and fabrication
- Ensure compliance with electrical installations in data centers
- Conduct on-site meetings and provide production oversight
Electrical Superintendent Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of superintendent experience
- Electrical construction background
- Experience running crews of 10-25+
- Experience on jobs valued at $500k and higher
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work long hours
- OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
- Data center experience is preferred
- Industrial electrical construction experience is preferred
- An apprenticeship background is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
- Experience managing multiple superintendents is preferred
- Experience with high-dollar value projects ($2MM-$5MM) is preferred
