Job DescriptionProgram OverviewThe Edge Program is on the edge of technology and business. The program is a rotational program within Technology & Digital Services (TGS) where early-career professionals are empowered through immersive learning, focused on technology-enabled business solutions. TGS encompasses Information Technology, Business Process, Shared Services and EPMO. This vision is achieved through recruitment of entry-level associates through key Campus Partnerships and a robust Internship Program.
Associates in the Edge Program perform 3 Rotations (1 Year Each) in various functional areas within TDS. These assignments provide an exciting and diverse combination of challenges, where associates are expected to make a measurable business impact while learning TGS processes and technology. Associates can leverage a support network of experienced TDS Leaders and a clear process for Post-Program Placement within the organization!

- Leadership Visibility - The Edge Program is directly sponsored by the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Shape and Influence - Edge Program associates help to shape and influence the program through participation on Edge Program committees.
The goal of the program is to enhance BD's organizational vitality by developing a pipeline of associates that are ready, willing, and able to assume leadership positions across a wide variety of Technology & Global Services disciplines.
Qualifications - Must be a currently enrolled student at a college or university pursuing a bachelors degree
- Graduating date between December 2026 - June 2027
- Majoring in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or other Business & Technology related majors
- Prior internship or Co-op experience in Information Technology, or related field
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and strong leadership skills
- Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Willingness to relocate as needed to pursue rotational opportunities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration
All first year Edge Program associates will start in Franklin Lakes, NJ at our Global Corporate Headquarters. This is not a remote position.
