  • Global IT IMS Leadership

Key Responsibilities

Dell Account & Relationship Management
  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with Dell account contacts, acting as the primary point of contact for account-level matters.
  • Coordinate commercial discussions, including hardware pricing, licensing tiers, and contract matters, escalating decisions appropriately.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding commercial items (e.g. hardware pricing, licensing tier decisions) and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Support business review cycles and executive-level engagements with Dell stakeholders.

Internal Accenture Liaison
  • Act as the internal conduit between Dell and relevant Accenture stakeholders across Global IT, infrastructure, and edge teams.
  • Support cross-functional coordination on active workstreams, ensuring Dell-related dependencies are tracked and communicated.
  • Prepare and maintain materials (briefings, status updates) that keep internal stakeholders aligned on Dell-related decisions and timelines.

  • Provide structured input from Accenture's perspective into Dell's product planning where relationship and process allow.
