Job Brief

We're partnering confidentially with a fast-scaling, founder-led infrastructure company seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support its Executive Leadership Team.

Backed by significant private equity investment, the organization is building the critical infrastructure powering the next generation of technology. As the company continues to scale rapidly, they're looking for a strategic partner who can create structure, improve execution, and help senior leaders stay focused on the highest-impact priorities.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

It's a high-trust partnership for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, anticipates challenges before they arise, and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You'll work alongside multiple executive leaders, driving operational excellence while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The Role

As Executive Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted extension of the Executive Leadership Team, managing executive operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and creating the systems that keep a rapidly growing organization running smoothly.

You'll own executive calendars, travel, communications, planning rhythms, and strategic follow-through while partnering across teams to ensure priorities become results.

Success in this role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

What You'll Do

Support multiple executive leaders by driving operational excellence and organizational execution.
  • Manage complex executive calendars and competing priorities across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, expenses, and executive logistics
  • Support annual planning cycles, board meetings, leadership meetings, and company events
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and executive communications
  • Track action items and ensure accountability across strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and special projects as needed
  • Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and execution
  • Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and create operational leverage for leadership

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years supporting C-suite executives, founders, or executive leadership teams
  • Experience as an Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar strategic support role
  • Background in high-growth startups, private equity-backed companies, management consulting, or military leadership environments preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments
  • Daily proficiency with modern AI and productivity tools
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise

Additional Details
  • Remote-first role with preference for candidates based on the West Coast, particularly the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Compensation: $165,000-$200,000, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits including generous health coverage, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, learning and development stipend, remote work support, and up to eight weeks of paid time off
  • Some travel may be required

This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted partner to executive leadership and play a meaningful role in helping a rapidly growing company scale with excellence and purpose.
