What you will do:
  • Contract Fulfillment: Ensure alignment between contract and delivery as per commercial and technical conditions.
  • Project Planning: Establish and maintain the project plan as input for approval to execute, including scope, budget, timeline, risk and change management baselines.
  • Project Execution: Lead project execution to meet agreed targets on scope, quality, time, cost and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Manage customer and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout execution, including clear communication of expectations and handling of sensitive issues.
  • Financial Performance: Secure financial performance for the project, including conscientious reporting of project data.
  • Delivery Excellence: Drive delivery excellence within scope, budget and timeline, ensuring robust governance and escalation where needed.
    Compliance & Risk Management: Manage compliance to applicable directives and regulations to deliver within legislation with zero impact on people and environment (including E+OHS, data security and privacy).
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the allocated team, setting priorities, allocating work, supervising daily activities, and driving performance and competence development required to deliver the projects.
  • Data Accuracy, Adoption of AI: Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across relevant project and financial tools, supporting transparency and informed decision-making. Leveraging data, automation, and AI/ML-based technologies to access, interpret and utilize information and insights for informed and ethical decisions.


The skills you bring:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree or relevant experience.
  • 3-8 years as Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Technical PM, CPM capacity, including Core Networks and Cloud delivery
  • Earned University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
  • Solid understanding of project management
  • Good financial background and understanding of business case development
  • Demonstrated accountability, stakeholder management, customer-focused mindset, positive outlook, willingness to help others outside your assigned activities
  • Solid relationship management experience (leadership, engineers, developers, support, and sales team)
  • An innovative and creative spirit embracing automation and able to work with cutting edge technologies.
    PMP, Agile Certification (preferred)
  • Exposure to solutions in the Packet Core and communication services platforms (i.e. Dual Mode Core, PCC/PCG, MME, EPG, SAPC, UDM, IMS VoLTE, IoT)
  • Experience using automation and software management tools such as JIRA, GenAI, Kiro etc.

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

The salary range for this position is

• Ontario: $87,500- $110,000

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (STV): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, at least 3personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
