Job SummaryWorking as a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a Corporate Dining account with multiple locations. You will lead and support a team of Directors of Dining Services and Executive Chefs, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance across all locations. As the primary strategic partner to the client, you will drive exceptional foodservice, hospitality, and workplace dining experiences while fostering a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the overall financial performance of multiple locations within a single corporate dining account to ensure profitability and operational success.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives, business reviews, and escalations.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and personnel practices across all locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Directors of Dining Services, Executive Chefs, and unit leadership teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning for the account.
- Drive food quality, safety, hospitality standards, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and enhanced service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all company, client, regulatory, and food safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience, preferably in Corporate Dining or Business & Industry (B&I).
- Experience leading multiple locations within a large corporate dining account.
- Strong client relationship management skills and executive presence.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Experience managing high-volume foodservice, catering, and hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-unit leadership experience with responsibility for both operational and financial results.
