Develop Leaders. Support Growing Childcare Centers The Learning Experience is seeking an experiencedDistrict Manager to drive operational performance across a portfolio of franchise childcare centers in the Dallas market and surrounding region. This field-based leader partners with franchise owners and Center Directors to strengthen operations, increase enrollment, develop leadership teams, improve financial performance, and maintain high standards for quality and compliance. What You'll Do • Lead and support multiple childcare centers across the assigned territory • Conduct regular onsite visits and coach Center Directors and leadership teams • Drive enrollment, retention, staffing, family experience, and operational performance • Analyze P&L statements, labor, enrollment, revenue, and key performance indicators • Partner with franchise owners on business planning, growth opportunities, and operational improvements • Coach and develop Center Directors while supporting recruiting, training, and retention • Ensure compliance with childcare licensing, franchise agreements, safety requirements, and company standards • Support licensing visits, operational reviews, and corrective action plans • Partner with Marketing and other teams to strengthen enrollment and local market performance • Support new center openings and operational readiness throughout the region Qualifications • Early childhood education experience in a licensed childcare environment required • 5+ years of multi-unit, district, franchise, or field operations leadership experience preferred • Experience coaching and developing multi-site leadership teams • Strong understanding of childcare operations, licensing, and compliance • Ability to analyze P&L statements, budgets, KPIs, and business performance • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred • Must reside within the Dallas market and be able to travel approximately 85% locally and throughout the multi-state region • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join TLE • Competitive $90,000-$100,000 salary and comprehensive benefits • High-impact leadership role supporting a growing childcare portfolio • Opportunity to influence enrollment, leadership development, and operational performance • Professional growth and career advancement opportunities Bring your early childhood and multi-site leadership experience to TLE.
