What you'll be doing

As the Director, Technology Enablement for Credit Processing Services, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing application strategies that drive our team's strategic objectives and foster innovation. You'll take ownership of system configuration and maximize the value of technology tools, including the ACBS application, to strengthen operational resilience and efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll consult on major strategic initiatives and design comprehensive test strategies to ensure robust performance. You'll build and manage key vendor relationships-overseeing contracts, system resilience planning, and collaborating closely to deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, you'll manage the change calendar and prioritize the pipeline of enhancements, ensuring that our technology evolves in alignment with business needs.
