Job Description
• Builds and oversees the execution of digital product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with short term and long term organizational objectives while managing prioritization and resource allocation.
• Leads cross functional collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and senior leadership to deliver end to end digital experiences, ensuring risks are identified, addressed, and controlled.
• Monitors product performance through analysis, refines strategies, and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.
• Leverages market trends, competitive insights, and partnership opportunities to enhance the organization's competitive position and deliver innovative, client focused product solutions.
• Manages digital product management initiatives of significant complexity, applying advanced technical expertise to solve abstract problems, and making independent decisions across business units.
• Makes independent decisions on program, technical or operational strategy for the department, providing leadership, coaching and mentorship through senior managers and managers. Sets strategic direction for the department or area receiving high level direction from senior leaders.
• Drives innovation across areas of responsibility identifying opportunities for making operational changes and practices, solving highly complex problems broadly related to digital product management.
• Leads cross functional collaboration efforts, fostering strong internal relationships across the organization and external relationships to drive business outcomes.
