About the job

As the Program Director you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Google's enterprise-wide HR system transformation program. In this role, you will partner closely with the newly centralized product function and engineering leadership to define and manage the HR Engineering strategic roadmap. You will ensure all programs within Core and Corp Eng are delivered on time. You'll also manage the POps OKRs, prioritizing initiatives that drive AI-first agentification and platform modernization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $282,000-$392,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
