Position Description: Director, Services Lifecycle Marketing

Reports to: Vice President, Marketing

Overview

We are seeking a Director, Services Lifecycle Marketing (ELM) to lead and scale the organization that empowers our customers by: accelerating time to value; surfacing the right products at the right time; and inspiring them with data, insights and features. ELM (Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing) applies a customer-first approach across the lifecycle, applies new capabilities, and leverages data to drive business outcomes.

This leader will create orchestrated, cohesive omni-channel journeys across all services products (Workforce, Capital, Credit Card, MailChimp and Payments) and life stages by leveraging data and AI models to provide the right message, to the right customer via the right channel at the right time, all optimized for overall ecosystem revenue.

The ELM team works cross-functionally with product, product marketing, brand, product, and engineering teams. This role reports to the Vice President, Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing, and serves as a key member of the Commercial Marketing Team.

• Lead Services ELM team across all activities: Cross-Sell (attach); Upsell; Retention & Active Use; Onboarding; Targeting/Behavior Triggers; IPD channel forecast approval; Implementation of all in one platform vision
• Reimagine in-product experience to transform how we drive breakthrough adoption of our platform through in product education, product growth and marketing
• Deliver hyper-personalized, AI-driven experiences using next-best-action models and new in-product surfaces that help customers better discover products, convert faster, and realize the full value of the ecosystem.

Service Lifecycle Marketing:
• Re-imagine the in product experience to transform how we drive breakthrough adoption with growth tactics such as new AI capabilities, optimizing critical attach & upgrade funnels while instilling ELM wide operational excellence and cultivate our performance driven culture.
• Accelerate Mailchimp new customer growth and drive product adoption through a cohesive, end-to-end, personalized customer journey.
• Become the Capital Lending go-to destination for SMBs to access the funding they need to fuel their business through data-driven lifecycle campaigns which drive awareness and draws from QB's suite of lending products
• Reimagine Workforce experience for SMBs by increasing WFS customer growth, supercharging adoption, optimizing critical attach funnels, and leveraging customer insights to provide the right message at the right time.
• Drive Payments growth and share of wallet throughout a customer's lifecycle from adoption to active use by leveraging deep customer insights to provide the right message at the right time.
• Drive Bill Pay growth throughout a customer's lifecycle from adoption to active use by leveraging deep customer insights to provide the right message at the right time.

Qualifications

Experience
• Significant Subject Matter Expertise in lifecycle marketing, product marketing and go-to-market in SaaS, Fintech, Financial Services, or platform businesses.
• Proven leadership of large-scale businesses ($1B+ revenue) with demonstrated year-over-year growth.
• Track record of building and scaling marketing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps through structured customer and market insights.
• Experience driving measurable revenue outcomes through coordinated GTM strategies.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $242,000 - $327,000
