Director, Revenue Strategy - Firefly Enterprise & Adobe Brand Intelligence

We're looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy to join the Firefly Enterprise product team. You'll connect what's happening in the market to the product and commercial choices we make each quarter. You'll surface what's driving the business, turn insight into action, and help land the deals that move the business forward.
This role suits someone with a strategy consulting foundation who has since spent meaningful time inside a product or commercial team, who has a proven track record of progressing and unblocking deals, and who wants to pair analytical depth with real impact/be held accountable for revenue.
What you'll do- Maintain an "always-on" perspective regarding revenue performance across the Firefly Enterprise portfolio and surface what's shaping deal size, cycle length, and win rate
- Turn quarterly insight into clear recommendations on pricing, packaging, positioning, and product roadmap priorities
- Partner with product, sales, finance, and revenue operations to clear obstacles and help late-stage deals close
- Join customer meetings, executive briefings, and use case workshops to bring product perspectives to customers and bring customer needs/insights back to the product team
- Build enablement and certification programs that help the field represent our products well
What you'll bring- Senior-level experience combining time at a leading strategy consulting firm with later roles in product, revenue strategy, or commercial leadership
- A background in enterprise software, ideally in product strategy, revenue strategy, or commercial roles
- Familiarity with enterprise AI, machine learning, or applied data products
- Comfort moving between analysis, executive conversation, and day-to-day execution
- A pattern of shaping outcomes, not only reporting on them
- Clear communication and the ability to bring structure to complex, cross-team work

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,000 -- $320,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $221,000 - $320,000In New York, the pay range for this position is $221,000 - $320,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
