Role Overview

Location: Tampa, FL (On-site, 5 days/week) - Must be based in or willing to relocate

Mad Mobile seeks a strategic Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across our revenue-generating functions-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll serve as the operational backbone that unifies our go-to-market strategy, optimizes revenue processes, and delivers data-driven insights to accelerate scalable growth.

This is a critical enablement function that bridges revenue teams with finance and executive leadership to ensure predictable, efficient revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Operations & Process

  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations frameworks to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships, focusing on process efficiency and alignment with financial goals.

  • Optimize GTM processes, including lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting, in collaboration with department leaders and our Restaurant GM.

  • Build and maintain scalable revenue models (e.g., SaaS ARR, GMV) to support predictable growth and align with CFO-led financial planning.

  • Implement and manage enablement tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), dashboards, and reporting frameworks, to enhance team productivity and visibility.

2. Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Streamline end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to reduce friction and improve efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine sales playbooks, forecast cadences, pipeline analytics and compensation plans to drive growth.

  • Partner with Customer Success to enhance retention strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

  • Support Partnerships by developing scalable processes for channel enablement and affiliate programs, aligning with revenue goals.

3. Data-Driven Insights & Analytics

  • Establish single source of truth for key SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn

  • Build executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into revenue performance and pipeline health

  • Analyze conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in key metrics

  • Support board and investor communications with accurate forecasting and growth analytics

4. Technology & Systems Optimization

  • Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, billing, analytics)

  • Drive process automation to eliminate revenue leakage and improve team productivity

  • Ensure seamless data integration and integrity across all revenue-generating systems

  • Evaluate and implement new tools to scale operations efficiently

5. Collaboration with Finance & Executive Leadership

  • Partner closely with the CFO to align revenue operations with financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Provide data-backed insights to support board and investor communications, including revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage, and growth metrics.

  • Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of revenue initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

  • Proven track record of implementing scalable revenue processes and improving operational efficiency in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) and financial modeling, with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue operations tools, with experience optimizing tech stacks for GTM teams.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on process automation, data integrity, and operational scalability.

  • Experience supporting financial reporting and working closely with Finance teams under a CFO's leadership.
