What you'll be doing

As a key member of the National Sales Team for CIBC Asset Management you'll help develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies within your assigned territory with a goal of maximizing sustainable sales results from existing relationships and developing new relationships with Advisors.

As a Director, Regional Sales with CIBC Asset Management (CAM) you will be responsible for consultative solutioning support around mutual funds, pools, funds of funds, ETF's, alternatives and separately managed products.

How you'll succeed
  • Client engagement - Meet with Investment Advisors to become an essential partner by providing consultative advice to help identify and address the needs of their specific client investment complexity.
  • Relationship building - Be visible in your territory with high quality and timely sales support to existing and prospective clients. Make an impact on our team by sharing information regarding best practices, providing insights regarding successful strategies in working with clients, and gathering information on client's needs to provide actionable insight to inform product/marketing pertinent to improvement of existing products or development of new products.
  • Collaborate and lead - Implement an elevated approach to sales to ensure that you stand out in your territory. Work closely with Director Business Development responsible for BDM's to provide leadership and guidance to your Inside Sales partner.
