Director Product Management II

About your role:

As a Director Product Management II, you will lead product strategy and portfolio execution for card services data products that help clients operate more effectively and grow with confidence. You will work across engineering, enterprise data, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to bring new products to market, improve product performance, and translate market insights into measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute product strategy for a portfolio of card services data products based on market trends, client needs, and business priorities.


  • Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features, enhancements, and releases to align with commercial goals and delivery timelines.


  • Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate new product opportunities, pricing approaches, and portfolio investment decisions.


  • Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and enterprise data teams to deliver product launches and support go-to-market execution.


  • Analyze client feedback, competitive intelligence, and product performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.


  • Lead and develop product management team members, setting priorities, providing coaching, and supporting execution against portfolio goals.


  • Manage cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, remove delivery obstacles, and maintain focus on client and business outcomes.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management within financial technology, payments, card services, or data products.


  • 10+ years of experience developing product strategy, product roadmaps, and business cases for new or enhanced products.


  • 8+ years of experience using market analysis, client feedback, and performance data to inform product decisions and portfolio priorities.


  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a product management environment.


  • Experience building commercial strategies and financial models for product launches, pricing, and portfolio growth initiatives.


  • Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and enterprise data teams to deliver product initiatives in an Agile environment.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.


Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience launching data products for card services or adjacent payment solutions.


  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics products, or data commercialization initiatives.


  • Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.


  • Experience working with product performance metrics, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization in a regulated industry.


How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range
$155,000.00 - $258,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
