Overview:

You will take charge of a dynamic group sales team focused on acquiring and developing key accounts and generating substantial revenue. If you are goal-oriented, energetic, and bring prior leadership experience, you'll find the ideal environment to thrive with us.

This role is critical for maximizing revenues through direct sales initiatives, targeted marketing, and specific activities aimed at group sales accounts. Success will be measured by increased revenues from group room-related bookings, an improved share of account revenue, and enhanced customer value.

Extensive full-service hotel leadership experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hotel's dynamic group sales team to exceed all sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop, implement, and refine strategies and action plans for generating top-line revenues to meet short and long term goals for the Hotel.
  • Assume responsibility for managing the accuracy and maximizing the volume and conversion of the group sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the property's client and account management to ensure production targets are consistently met and client satisfaction remains high.
  • Inspire productivity across all sales staff through effective guidance, tailored development, and consistent support.
  • Maintain the Sales Team's commitment to a proactive business development environment to grow, shift market share and remain number one in our competitive set.
  • Ensure that all administrative procedures are operating efficiently and accurately.
  • Enhance the hotel's visibility through active participation in industry associations and trade shows.
