What you'll Do - Own Adobe's core product narratives with an emphasis on what generative AI innovation means for customers and industries, from business professionals and consumers to creators and creative professionals.
- Coordinate product storytelling and content across executive media, customer stories, and thought leadership.
- Drive communications for product announcements, events, and tentpole moments like Adobe MAX and Adobe-owned experiences.
- Build strong relationships with press, creators, and industry voices, driving the media strategies and results that follow.
- Analyze and anticipate emerging trends across generative AI, creativity, productivity, and video innovation, crafting Adobe's narrative and advocating with product teams on where to lead.
- Lead and mentor a nimble team delivering product and customer communications.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, social, community, legal, and communications teams to drive clear, differentiated messaging across audiences.
What you need to succeed - 12+ years of experience in product communications, ideally at a technology or creative software company.
- Proven ability to translate complex product topics into narratives that resonate with both technical and mainstream audiences.
- Experience building and leading high-performing communications teams in a matrixed, global organization.
- Exceptional storyteller with the instinct to conceptualize and identify what's newsworthy in a product roadmap and build what's needed to get there.
