Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

Stream is seeking a Director of Partner Management to lead and scale strategic partner relationships across the HCM, payroll, workforce management, and HR technology ecosystem. This individual will serve as the day-to-day executive owner of key partnerships and will be responsible for driving partner engagement, referral growth, go-to-market execution, revenue generation, and long-term strategic alignment.

This role will work closely with Stream sales, marketing, product, implementation, and executive leadership teams to maximize the value of strategic partnerships and accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex technology and channel partnerships, preferably within fintech, payroll, HR technology, workforce management, or employee benefits ecosystems.

What will you be do?

Strategic Partner Ownership
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic partners across payroll, HCM, and workforce management ecosystems
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders across sales, partnerships, product, and marketplace teams
  • Develop and execute joint business plans focused on revenue growth, referrals, co-selling, and market expansion
  • Drive long-term strategic alignment between Stream and partner organizations

Revenue & Referral Growth
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
  • Increase referral activity and partner engagement through enablement and consistent account management
  • Identify expansion opportunities across existing partner relationships
  • Work closely with Stream sales leadership to align on territories, account mapping, and partner-driven opportunities
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, KPIs, and revenue impact
  • Develop and maintain regular partnership reporting including pipeline performance, referral activity, revenue contribution, enablement engagement, integration status, and executive-level business reviews to measure overall partner success and inform strategic decision-making.

Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market
  • Lead partner enablement initiatives including trainings, presentations, webinars, and sales activation programs
  • Create scalable partner engagement strategies that increase awareness and adoption of Stream solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, marketplace positioning, case studies, and events
  • Ensure partner sales teams can effectively position Stream within their customer conversations

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Product and Technical teams on integration priorities and partner roadmap alignment
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams to support partner-led client launches and escalations
  • Work with Finance team on revenue share structures, and operational processes
  • Provide strategic feedback from partners to internal stakeholders to influence product and GTM strategy

Ecosystem & Marketplace Expansion
  • Support marketplace and ecosystem initiatives with strategic platforms such as Fiserv, ADP, Oracle, Workday, SAP, UKG, Legion, One Source Virtual, Infor, EPI-USE, Harri, Paylocity, Paychex, Alliance HCM, and other workforce technology providers
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with Stream's growth strategy

• Stay informed on competitive trends, market dynamics, and emerging ecosystem opportunities within HR technology and financial wellness

  • Seasoned experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Experience managing technology, referral, or ecosystem partnerships within HR tech, payroll, fintech, workforce management, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience building partner enablement and co-sell motions
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience tracking KPIs and partnership performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with HCM/payroll ecosystems such as ADP, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Paylocity, Paychex, or Alliance HCM
  • Familiarity with marketplace partnerships, API/integration partnerships, and referral programs
  • Background in earned wage access, fintech, employee benefits, or workforce technology

Salary: $150,000 - 175,000 + equity & Benefits

Working Policy: Hybrid, with3 days from our amazing New York Office
