ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:- Administrative Leadership: Assume responsibility in the absence of the Administrator, implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain best practices.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and administering the department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Team Development: Recruit, coach, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Quality Improvement: Analyze and evaluate nursing services to enhance resident care, developing systems that promote resident well-being and functional independence.
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:- RN License: Hold a current Registered Nurse license issued by the State Board of Nursing, with demonstrated managerial and administrative prowess.
