This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, using data-driven insights to influence decision-making, improve customer outcomes, and optimize asset recovery while leading and developing a high-impact analytics team.
In long, as the Director, Servicing and Strategy Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Formulating, developing, and instituting business strategies that drive company profit and long-term value
- Partnering closely with operations to shape strategy, run pilots, and clearly communicate results and insights
- Identifying, tracking, and forecasting the key drivers and transactions that impact organizational performance
- Collaborating with operational leaders, business intelligence teams, and senior management to execute strategic initiatives
- Leveraging data to communicate research findings and recommend actionable next steps for strategic and operational improvement
- Developing loss mitigation strategies that improve customer performance on vehicles or optimize speed to asset recovery and maximize wholesale market value
- Leading, mentoring, and developing an analytics team to deliver high-quality insights at scale

The Specifics. - Bachelor9s degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in financial or operational analysis
- Experience leading and developing a team of analysts
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and economic or financial analysis
- Strong SQL, Snowflake, or related programming skills and advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have. - Prior experience in customer behavior analytics
- Prior auto finance experience
